Philippines National Railway (PNR) North-South Commuter Railway Project (NSCR) Clark Phase 2 is to strengthen the transportation network and alleviate serious traffic congestion in the Greater Capital Region by extending the North-South Commuter Railway from Clark to New Clark City.

Upon completion, PNR Clark Phase 2 will slash travel time between Clark, Pampanga, and Malolos, Bulacan to 35 minutes from one hour and 30 minutes. 

Apart from shorter travel times, the line will have the Airport Express which will connect arriving travelers from Clark International Airport to Makati in Metro Manila in just 55 minutes.
